Tears was a glam rock group formed in 1968 in Katrineholm, Sweden. Tears were unique in Sweden as they early on drew
inspiration from British and American glam rock. For example David Bowie, Marc Bolan and Sweet.
Tears debut album was released in 1974 and the band who sang in English and wore make-up attracted a lot of attention.
Now the album is being released remastered, with linear notes by Ola Salo, Ronny Svensson, Jovan Radomir and Noah Wallace and also with a totally new and recently recorded song - "Gold Digger".
The documentary about the band, Glam, Sweat & Tears, was shown on Swedish National TV and was a real hit!
